Due to this custom manufacturing process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to maintain our commitment to sustainability by reducing waste and ensuring every product meets our exacting standards.
Exceptions
While we do not accept general returns or exchanges, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you receive a product that is:
- Defective (e.g., printing errors, material damage)
- Incorrect (e.g., wrong pattern, size, or color from your order)
